FOLLOWING ARE A FEW GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU WITH PURCHASES

SHOPPING: To purchase items simply select the ”Buy Now” button next to the item you would like which adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and changed. This is done through the ‘Cart Contents’ button. When you have finished making purchases follow instructions to the check out which takes you to our secure server for payment.

PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars (unless otherwise noted)

CURRENCY CONVERSION: We currently have three currencies set up in our online store. Australian, US and Euro. To change between currencies please use the drop-down box in the bottom right hand corner of the store.

DELIVERY: Please allow 1 week from receipt of order and payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is via Australia Post. We will do our best to fill orders promptly, but if due to any unforseen circumstances with suppliers, there are delays, we will contact you.
For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.

PAYMENT: Using our fully secure online purchasing facility. It is as simple as selecting which payment options you choose and clicking on the appropriate option. To send sensitive payment details across the Internet we use a secure server which protects credit card details. Please note that all customer details are treated with the upmost discretion and our mail order list will not be provided to anyone else.
Your credit card is only processed in our office where details are secure.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.

Credit cards are processed before orders are accepted, to confirm payment has been made due to credit card fraud problems. Credit card fraud can not and will not be tolerated. It undermines the entire growth of the Internet and computer companies worldwide.

MONEY ORDERS, CHEQUES & BANK TRANSFERS: Click on your selection when choosing payment and print out your Order Confirmation.
